Daniel loves to be outdoors, and has an interest in gardening that has definitely not come from his parents. Here he is nurturing some plants that somebody else was throwing away. |

Daniel is also turning into quite an athlete. He prefers to run, cycle, and lift weights rather than participate in team sports. |

We have two cats at the moment. Georgie is the big black one and Midge is the tabby. Midge is the one who got trapped in the framework of our house for four days in 1999. We even have a photographic record of her rescue! |

Daniel now takes care of two male rats who live in a cage in his room. The "hooded" variety one is Gingerbread and the coffee-coloured one is called... Cappuccino. |
